To support the annual "Global Wellness Day," the Hong Kong Dance Company is launching a series of "Body-Mind-Spirit Fitness Workshops" at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. These sessions incorporate dance, meditation, sound bowl healing, breathwork, and body awareness, encouraging participants to engage in deep introspection, relieve stress, and enhance their overall well-being.

Program Details

Mat Pilates

Learn how to use your body effectively in today's fast-paced environment. This course emphasizes six key principles—breathing, core, control, precision, and flow—using your own body weight to engage muscles and the nervous system.

Singing Bowl Sound Healing Journey

Guided by dance artist Poon Yan-san, this session uses gentle body touch, breathwork, and sound vibration to regulate the nervous system. The resonance from singing bowls helps shift brainwaves toward a relaxed state, promoting deep restoration and energy flow.
