Program

During this pop-up, Martell and Quinary’s founder, renowned mixologist Antonio Lai, have curated two exclusive Highball cocktails that blend the rich flavors of cognac with herbal notes:

• Martell VSOP 24 Herbs Highball: A blend of Martell VSOP, Kung Lee’s signature 24-herbs tea, grass jelly, and soda water. This refreshing concoction offers a balanced herbal bitterness with a sweet finish, featuring actual grass jelly bits for texture. Served in a traditional tea pot, it is both delicious and highly photogenic.
• Martell VSOP Sugar Cane Highball: A lighter, refreshing option pairing Kung Lee’s signature sugar cane juice with coconut water, jasmine tea, and pandan leaves. Enhanced with smoked sugar cane aromatics, it highlights the delicate fruit notes of the cognac.

Adding to the atmosphere, local artist PEI CHUNG has created a themed mural outside Kung Lee, featuring Martell's iconic swallows flying over Victoria Harbour, representing the brand's connection to the city's past, present, and future.

Ticketing & Offers

Both signature Highball cocktails are priced at HK$150 each. During the promotion, customers who purchase two designated Martell specialty cocktails at Quinary can participate in a lucky gacha game for a chance to win limited-edition Hong Kong-themed merchandise, such as neon-style embroidery keychains, herbal tile socks, and more.
