Led by professional instructor Teacher Kiki, this course provides comprehensive training in four core natural aromatherapy stress relief and care skills, allowing participants to master DIY formulation and professional massage techniques:

1. Natural Fatigue-Relief and Sleep-Aid Massage Oil Blending: Understand the aromatherapy properties of essential oils like lavender and sweet orange to create personalized massage oils for better sleep.
2. Shoulder and Neck Meridian Massage: Learn effective acupressure techniques specifically designed to release muscle tension caused by prolonged computer use.
3. Headache, Insomnia, and Anti-Hair Loss Massage: Combine aromatherapy with head meridian massage to alleviate tension headaches, improve sleep quality, and support hair health.
4. Scalp Care and Stress Relief Gua Sha: Utilize natural essential oils for scalp gua sha to promote blood circulation, improve scalp health, and prevent hair loss.

Performers

This course is presented by HCK Aromatherapy (HK) Limited and personally led by the experienced Teacher Kiki. With deep knowledge of aromatherapy and clinical experience, Teacher Kiki ensures every participant learns practical and effective skills.

The workshop is held at Room 206, 2/F, 15 Austin Road, Tsim Sha Tsui. Located in the heart of the city, the venue is highly accessible, just a short walk from the MTR station, making it convenient for participants from all districts.
